In the Baden neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, a tragic discovery was made on December 20, 2022. Kevis Bess, a 47-year-old Black male, was found deceased inside a residence on the 8800 block of Lowell Street, the same block where he lived. Authorities were initially summoned to the location around noon for a report of a sudden death.
