Kori Young, a 43-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2021. The incident occurred outside a liquor store located in the 3000 block of North Florissant Avenue, near St. Louis Place Park in north St. Louis City. According to reports, Kori Young was fatally shot by Demetrius Branom, a 37-year-old man with whom he had a longstanding dispute over family issues and money owed between them.
