In the early hours of April 7, 2024, a shooting in the College Hill neighborhood of St. Louis claimed the life of 19-year-old Larrion Beckton. A Black male, Beckton was a resident of Florissant and a graduate of Hazelwood Central High School. Known to his friends and family by the nickname 'LBEE,' he was remembered for his vibrant personality.
