Cicely Bri Shirley, a 35-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost her life on December 3, 2021. Cicely was born on April 19, 1986, and was a beloved mother of six children. She had recently been hired as an advocate for the Department of Children’s Protective Services, a role she was passionate about.
