In the early morning hours of December 23, 2021, a fatal shooting occurred in the Northland neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri, claiming the life of 37-year-old Jason Harris. Police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 6800 block of Northeast Ridgeway Avenue around 2:45 a.m. following reports of a disturbance.
