Debra J. Ramsey, aged 66, from Alton, Missouri, was found dead on January 12, 2022. Her body was discovered by Missouri Department of Transportation workers who were mowing along Highway 60 in Winona, approximately 27 miles north of Alton. The autopsy revealed that Ramsey had been killed by multiple gunshot wounds, and all ten of her fingers had been removed.
