Josue Monsivais-Rodriguez, a 22-year-old Hispanic man, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was fatally shot while attempting to intervene and stop a disturbance on Pueblo Street in West Dallas. Monsivais-Rodriguez was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
