Brandon Washington, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death in the Red Bird area of Dallas, Texas, on August 30, 2019. The incident occurred around 1:08 a.m. in the 3900 block of Gannon Lane near Highway 67 and Interstate 20.
