On a cold evening in Springfield, Missouri, the life of Spencer Anderson, a 34-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On February 13, 2022, police responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at the Timberwood Apartment Complex located at 2107 E. Cherry Street. Upon their arrival at approximately 10:30 p.m., officers discovered Anderson in the driveway, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
