Matthew J. Hicks-Morris, a 22-year-old resident of Springfield, Missouri, tragically lost his life on March 15, 2020. Born on February 24, 1998, in Columbus, Mississippi, Matthew moved frequently between Mississippi and Florida with his birth mother, Allison Owens, and his two sisters, Cierrah and Amber.
