Kevin Terelle Payne II, a 19-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2022. Payne was one of the victims in a triple shooting that occurred in the city's North Riverfront neighborhood. The incident took place around 10 p.m. in the 6200 block of North Broadway. Payne was found dead at the scene, while two other victims, Florentino Pegues and a teenage boy, were also shot. Pegues, who was critically injured, later succumbed to his injuries.
