Johnathan Fraser, a 21-year-old man from Honolulu, Hawaii, was last seen on the morning of July 30, 2016, at his Hawaii Kai apartment located on Keokea Place. He disappeared under suspicious circumstances, and his vehicle, a gray 1994 Honda hatchback, was found abandoned eight days later near the intersection of Summer Street and Kuliouou Road.
