Victorio Santiago, a 37-year-old U.S. Navy chief petty officer, went missing on July 12, 2002, along with his two sons, 11-year-old Noel and 7-year-old Daniel. The family was last seen leaving their home in the Pearl Harbor area of Honolulu, Hawaii, around 1:00 a.m., following a domestic dispute between Santiago and his estranged wife, Ruby.
