Dhartri Hadley, a 41-year-old transient, was last heard from in May 2008. He spent the summer months in San Francisco and the winter months in Hawaii. Hadley consistently received monthly Social Security checks through a financial conservator, which were deposited into his bank account. He regularly withdrew funds at the beginning of each month, with his last recorded withdrawals made in several cities across Hawaii, including Pearl City, Kaneohe, Mehau, and Honolulu.
