In the early hours of September 13, 2017, the life of 34-year-old Daivon Evans was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. Southwest District patrol officers responded to a call at approximately 1:09 a.m. regarding a cutting in the 700 block of Popular Grove Street.
