Jacob Charles Riggs, age 28, was last seen on the evening of March 23, 2021, near the Gedney Creek Boat Ramp at Foster Lake, Oregon. His family reported him missing the following day, and some of his personal belongings, including his identification, were found near the lake's edge. This prompted the Sweet Home Police Department to initiate a search.
