Thomas Dean Gibson, a two-year-old boy, disappeared from the front yard of his family's home in rural Azalea, Oregon, on March 18, 1991. His father, Larry Gibson, a Douglas County Sheriff's deputy, reported that he had been jogging on their property at the time of Thomas’s disappearance.
