Luis M. Vargas, a 45-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen on March 9, 1997, in the vicinity of the 600 block of West 137th Street in Manhattan, New York City. He has not been heard from since his disappearance. At the time he went missing, Vargas was described as being 5'11" and weighing approximately 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
