DeVante Charles Martez Moore, a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 4, 2018, in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident occurred in a parking lot near Eastchase Boulevard and Meadowbrook Drive. DeVante was fatally shot by Morris Lewis Breakfield, who was later arrested and charged with murder.
