Barry Butler O’Brien, a 33-year-old self-employed woodcutter, was last seen on February 1, 1992, in Ben Lomond, California. At the time of his disappearance, O'Brien was living a transient lifestyle out of his vehicle and had no permanent address. His last known address was in the Boulder Creek, California area, and he was known to frequent the San Lorenzo Valley. Prior to his disappearance, O'Brien had mentioned plans to travel to Oregon.
