Charles Edward Billings, 28, was last seen on July 18, 2006, in Imperial County, California, near Niland. He and a friend had taken Billings' ATV into a military area just north of Niland. While the friend returned home, Billings never did, and he has not been heard from since. Authorities later found his ATV, but there were no further signs of Billings. At the time of his disappearance, Billings was wearing a white tank top and blue jeans. He had several identifying features, including scars on his right shoulder and right forearm, and his nickname was "Eddie."
