John Neal, a 49-year-old man, was last seen on April 9, 2019, in Niland, California. At the time of his disappearance, Neal was staying at a hostel in Slab City, a well-known area in the desert. On the morning of April 9, he left to catch a bus to El Centro, California, with the intent of purchasing a new phone and medication. However, he never returned, and his whereabouts have remained unknown since that day.
