John Dolan Phillips, aged 35, was last seen on April 16, 1983, at his home in San Francisco, California. His disappearance has remained a mystery ever since. Phillips, who lived with his family on Larkin Street, vanished along with his rare 1967 Citroen convertible. The vehicle, valued at $12,000 to $16,000, resurfaced two years later in 1985.
