Daniel David Urbach, age 29, was last seen on October 29, 1986, in San Francisco, California. At the time, Daniel lived in the San Remo Hotel in the Fisherman's Wharf area and worked as an artist. He was last spotted on Lincoln Boulevard, located in the Presidio district of the city. Urbach had a history of mental health issues and required daily medication, which he last received a week before his disappearance.
