In the late spring of 2019, concern grew for a York County, South Carolina man who had not been seen by his family for several weeks. Warren Noy Taylor, 48 years old at the time, was last seen on March 31 of that year. It wasn't until May 12 that his family officially reported him as a missing person to the York County Sheriff's Office, amplifying the urgency to find him.
