230 pounds. He had blond, balding hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt with a pocket, blue jeans, a camouflage jacket, and brown and black boots. He also wore a gold-colored watch and carried a brown wallet.
Donnie was a carpenter by trade and was known to enjoy the outdoors, particularly fishing. His wife reported him missing on March 7, 2006. While she noted that he had occasionally spent a few days with friends in the past, he had never been out of contact for this long. Distinctive physical characteristics include scars on his shoulders, a scar on his back from a cyst removal, and a tattoo on his left arm of three crosses in a row with the initials "D.P.".
