Phillip Clark Bailey, a 58-year-old man from Bountiful, Utah, went missing on August 22, 2023, while snorkeling with his two brothers at Shark’s Cove near Haleiwa, Hawaii. The brothers were enjoying clear waters with many underwater canyons when Bailey, who had diabetes, appeared to be doing well as they began to head back to shore.
