David Kawika Pukahi, age 54, was last seen on April 6, 2015, in Haleiwa, Hawaii. Witnesses reported that he was assaulted and kidnapped by two male acquaintances, Gabriel Schmidt and Shawn Hardy, while in a dark blue Chevrolet Silverado. This incident occurred around 1:10 p.m. on Emerson Road in Honolulu. Prior to his disappearance, Pukahi was known to frequent the North Shore areas of Haleiwa and Waialua. Despite extensive investigations, Pukahi was never found, and his case remains unsolved.
