Tracy Lynn Ramsey, a 20-year-old woman from Kansas City, Missouri, was last seen on October 30, 1984. On the day of her disappearance, Tracy left her parents' home at 4632 E. 9th Street to visit a neighbor. A friend later reported seeing her walking along Van Brunt Boulevard around 6 p.m., heading in the direction of her parents' home.
