On March 14, 1978, a 20-year-old woman named Rosie M. Schlicker was seen at the Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This would be the last time she was seen. At the time of her disappearance, Rosie, who sometimes went by the nickname Rose, was a young woman with her whole life ahead of her.
