Julia Vita Salucka, a 19-year-old woman, was last seen on November 16, 1986, in Kansas City, Missouri. Originally from Rockford, Illinois, Julia had moved to Kansas City just two months before her disappearance to live with her brother. On the evening she vanished, Julia told her brother that she was going to visit a coworker but left without taking any of her personal belongings. She was last spotted around midnight near a Hardee's restaurant at 41st and Main Streets.
