Crystal Kipper Missing Person Case

In the early morning hours of February 24, 1997, 18-year-old Crystal Kipper was driving home to Kansas City, Missouri, after spending the evening ice skating with a friend in St. Joseph. Despite her car's low-fuel light being on, she believed she had enough gas to make the trip.
