Latonya M. Hill, a 22-year-old woman from Kansas City, Missouri, has been missing since March 20, 2000. On that day, she was last seen leaving her family's residence near 27th Street and Quincy Avenue. Latonya had told her family that she was heading downtown by bus and carried only one dollar for the fare. However, she never returned and has not been heard from since.
