In the spring of 2000, a young woman named Latonya M. Hill, just 22 years old, vanished from her family's home in Kansas City, Missouri. On the afternoon of March 20th, Latonya was last seen at her residence, located in the area of 27th Street and Quincy Avenue. She informed her family that she was heading out to take a bus downtown, carrying with her only a single dollar for the fare.
