Heide Wilbur, a 16-year-old from Middletown Springs, Vermont, went missing on February 9, 1991. At the time, Heide was in the custody of the Vermont Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services and was living with a foster family in Rutland. She had received a weekend pass to visit her biological family in Middletown Springs, and she was last seen by a family member at their residence.
