A man seen being restrained in a car is later found murdered
Otto Gary Becker, aged 42, was found dead on August 6, 1991, in a ditch along a rural road in Henry County, Indiana. His body was discovered by a passerby, and the location of the body suggested that it may have been dumped in an isolated area to avoid detection. Becker's death is connected to a series of killings that took place along Interstate 70 during the late 1980s and early 1990s.
