Brianna Maitland, a 17-year-old from East Berkshire, Vermont, disappeared on March 19, 2004. After finishing her shift at the Black Lantern Inn in Montgomery, she left alone around 11:20 p.m. She intended to head home to a friend's house but never arrived. The following day, her car, a 1985 Oldsmobile, was discovered backed into an abandoned barn on Route 118, about a mile from her workplace.
