Lorraine Currier, aged 55, and her husband, William, went missing from their Essex, Vermont home on June 8, 2011. The couple was reported missing after failing to show up for work the following day. When investigators checked their residence, they found the doors locked, a broken window in the garage, and signs that the couple had not left voluntarily. Their car was discovered abandoned a short distance away, but both William and Lorraine remained missing.
