David Ronald Hart, a 31-year-old man, was last seen on September 24, 1993, in South Franklin Township, Pennsylvania. On that morning, David’s mother dropped him off at the intersection of Route 18 and Walker Lane around 7:00 a.m. He was headed to work at a local masonry job, which he completed later that day. Although he received his paycheck, someone else reportedly cashed it, and David vanished without a trace.
