On November 15, 2018, 30-year-old Travis Fanning was last seen in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. That day, he had left his residence on North James Street with his father around noon. His father dropped him off at the Groceries Plus store located at 1003 Vine Street. This was the last time he was seen by his father. Later that afternoon, just after 1:30 p.m., Travis was captured on surveillance footage inside the Fine Wine & Spirits store on Church Street. An acquaintance reported seeing him ...
