On the evening of January 8, 2026, in Rootstown Township, Ohio, a verbal altercation escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 40-year-old Bradley Goldner. Deputies from the Portage County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a residence on Biltz Road at approximately 10:07 p.m. following a 911 call reporting a dispute involving a firearm. Just two minutes later, a second 911 call reported the sound of three gunshots.
