James Ruland, a 40-year-old man from North Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, was last seen on October 24, 1995. At the time, James was in the process of moving from his residence in Ripon, Wisconsin, where he lived with a roommate, to Kiel, Wisconsin. He had recently purchased a new car and asked his parents, who lived in Florida, to send him $2,500 to cover expenses.
