Thomas Schaffer, a 58-year-old man, was last seen on August 1, 2005, near South 76th Street and West Oklahoma Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At the time of his disappearance, Thomas was homeless and often stayed in local parks. He was described as 6'1", weighing between 100 to 130 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and wearing eyeglasses. He was last seen wearing a gold shirt, black jeans, sneakers, and a straw hat.
