Daniel George Skenandore, a 40-year-old man from Green Bay, Wisconsin, was last seen on April 26, 1996. He left his residence on Gross Street around 2 p.m. that day, telling his live-in girlfriend that he was heading to work. Later that evening, at approximately 8 p.m., he called her to say he would be working late. However, Daniel never returned home, and after 10 days of no contact, his girlfriend reported him missing on May 6, 1996.
