Jovanny Hector Puga, an 18-year-old from Green Bay, Wisconsin, was last seen on February 25, 2017, in the Milwaukee and Glendale areas. He disappeared under suspicious circumstances, and his family reported him missing in March 2017. Jovanny had distinctive tattoos, including a bull's head on his right wrist and the word "illmotion" on his left wrist, along with a scar on his right forearm. At the time of his disappearance, foul play was suspected.
