In the late summer of 2023, a significant concern for the well-being of several children arose in the quiet community of Whitewater, Wisconsin. This concern would soon evolve into a multi-state search for four siblings. On September 5, 2023, authorities were alerted to the sudden and unexplained absence of the Bushey children from their home.
