Andy Guy Nguyen, 24 years old at the time of his disappearance, was last seen on July 30, 1998, in Mountain View, California. Nguyen, a Vietnamese-American, stood at 5'11" and weighed approximately 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with "Vegas" printed in blue letters, blue dress pants, and black dress shoes. He was also carrying a large green backpack at the time.
