The body of an unidentified male was found floating in Rollins Lake in Grass Valley, California. The decedent was fully clothed with a duffel bag around his neck. The bag contained personal items, ie: clothing, cologne, electric shaver. A "KIA" car key and a wedding-type men's ring was found in the subject's pockets. The decedent is likely of Asian, Hispanic, or American Indian descent.
