On the night of February 2, 2007, 54-year-old Trinidad Alcantar walked out of his home in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and vanished. His wife reported that he left at approximately 10:00 p.m. without a vehicle, presumably on foot, and headed to an unknown destination.
