Scott Lyons Jacobs, a 22-year-old male, was last seen on August 23, 1985, in San Rafael, California. He had been at the Marin County Crisis Center seeking help for depression and suicidal thoughts. After receiving care, Jacobs walked away from the center and was never seen again. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a tan, blue, and yellow striped shirt, tan pants, a black nylon jacket, sneakers, and a black Casio digital watch.
