Josue Ramirez-Ramos, a 15-year-old boy, was last seen on January 9, 2018, in Wilmington, California. Originally from Guatemala, Josue had been placed in foster care in Orange County before moving in with a relative. On the day of his disappearance, Josue appeared to have received a phone call after dinner. Following the call, he gathered his immigration documents and left the home without informing anyone of his plans. His relative searched the surrounding area but could not locate him.
